This policy applies to the Blinkly app and related services operated by Sergey V. (collectively, the “Application”). Sergey V. is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
The Application may collect technical information when you download and use it, including:
The Application uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the Application is used and to improve its product experience. Product analytics is enabled by default. You can disable or re-enable it at any time under Preferences > Privacy > Anonymous analytics.
Firebase Analytics may process technical and pseudonymous data such as Application and operating-system versions, device characteristics, general geographic information derived from an IP address, language, sessions, screens, first opens, Firebase installation identifiers, and limited product events. The Application disables collection of the Android Advertising ID, IDFA, and IDFV, disables advertising-personalization signals, and does not set a Firebase Analytics user ID or custom user properties. The Application does not attach your email address, account identifier, exercise details, reminder content or schedule, health information, precise location, or free-form text to product analytics events.
Disabling Anonymous analytics disables Firebase Analytics collection and prevents the Application from creating further Blinkly product analytics events until you enable it again. It does not delete information previously transmitted and does not disable Firebase Authentication, Firestore synchronization, Firebase Crashlytics, or Yandex Mobile Ads. Google may process Analytics data outside your country of residence as described in its privacy and data-transfer documentation.
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use SDKs and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, advertising, or service delivery. Where applicable law requires consent, the Service Provider will obtain it before using non-essential tracking technologies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact info[@]sedsoftware.com.
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information is collected, delete personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and receive equal service when exercising these rights. Contact info[@]sedsoftware.com to submit a request.
Aggregated, anonymized, technical, or pseudonymous data may be transmitted to external services to provide Application functionality, advertising, crash reporting, synchronization, and product analytics. The Application uses services including:
The Service Provider may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, respond to a government request, or to trusted providers acting on the Service Provider’s behalf under appropriate obligations.
The Service Provider or third-party providers may process data outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another legally recognized mechanism will be used.
You can disable Blinkly product analytics under Preferences > Privacy > Anonymous analytics. You can also stop further collection from your device by uninstalling the Application. Disabling analytics or uninstalling does not automatically delete information already transmitted. Contact info[@]sedsoftware.com to request deletion or exercise applicable rights.
The Application is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact info[@]sedsoftware.com so it can be deleted.
The Service Provider uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards appropriate to the information processed. If a data breach affects personal data, notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be published with a new effective date, and consent will be requested where required by law. Previous versions are available on request.
Effective date: 2026-09-21
Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Processing based on other lawful grounds is carried out as described in this policy.
